200q clutch....how tough to replace?

  I got an '89 200q wagon that needs a clutch.  I'm considering doing it
myself.  I've done plenty of front drive stuff, mostly VW, but I'm not sure
what to expect with this one.  Any pearls of wisdom to be gathered from this
trough of knowledge?
  Also, I'm getting prices locally of $350 for the clutch kit.  Anyplace have
it cheaper?  
  Please reply direct.  I haven't had much time recently to keep up on all the
reading.
