I've had 2 bad Blau experiences. The first involved fogs for my '92 100S.
They said they has both the Euro and US spec lights on sale for the same
price. I asked Jim what the difference was, and he said he compared the two,
and they were exactly the same. He sent me a set of the Euro's, and they did
not fit. I called and told Hanna so, and she said send them back. I asked if
I'd be reimbursed for shipping (their mistake, not mine), and she said it
wasn't their policy. I was then told the US spec lights were $10 more a
piece than the Euro's, and that I'd have to pay shipping again. I was
completely fed up by this point, and cancelled the order (at a loss of about
$20 in shipping charges!). Second problem was with oil filters. Their web
page said all Audi filters except the V8 were $3.99 if you buy 10. I call
up, place my order, the person on the other end CONFIRMS the price of $3.99
per filter for the 2.8 V6, and finish the order. I get a call from Jim about
2 hours later, and he says the V6 filters are $7.99 if you but 10 or more,
not $3.99 like I said. He told me the person who took my order was new, and
I confused her into believing the filters were $3.99, and the website was
wrong. I again cancelled my order, and told Jim I was never going to order
from Blau again. He didn't apologize, but just hung up. I've done with Blau.
I use TPC or Import Parts Specialists for my parts now.
