Definitely. Always use the metal guide sleeve.

Difference before and after a clutch job is like the difference between
night and day. First time I stepped on the new clutch in the 4kcsq, it
went in so easy I accused the mechanic of forgetting to fill it with brake
fluid! The 5kcstq is the same, although because of the heavy duty pressure
plate, a little more pressure is required.
