Window regulators are a common part to replace on Audis, so the prices
and availability are good. Mountain Automotive in Colorado rebuilds them
for about $100 versus about $150 for new ones from other suppliers. Used
ones might work well, but most people don't want to pull apart a door
twice. It's not that bad of a job, and you don't disable the car, so I'd
look for a used one.
