All my Blau experiences have been good but as a general rule I use TPC (Rod
wrote the book on car parts customer service IMO) or Linda at Carlsen (who
should be elevated to Audi-Godess status for all her help to many of us). Blau
is now more of a backup for me. (I live in CA so ground shipping from Linda or
TPC is overnight too...but I do have to pay that 8% sales tax :(...) In
speaking with Rod, he uses Linda as a source for "dealer only" items from time
to time and they share a working relationship between their two respective
businesses.

As far as Steve's present problem goes, let your credit card company take care
of the dispute if you can't easily resolve it with Jim Blau (whom I have
spoken with on several occasions and found to be easily reached and friendly).
So much easier on the stress levels in life.
