RE: Who's had a bad BLAU! experience



I've just purchased several items from BLAU!, when I ordered they told me
one of the items were out of stock, they could have shipped most items and
have the other shipped when it comes in but I didn't mind waiting a few
extra days.

Customer service has been great!  I dealt with Melissa (very sweet), and she
has helped me a great deal with explaining questions on my order and telling
me what items would work/not work with my car.

I would be happy to deal with them again in the future.  I did shop around
to find the best prices, and found they were cheaper on most items and
higher on others.  Shop around!!!
