4Kcsq New Timing Belt Whine?

Just installed a new timing belt and water pump on my '86 4kcsq.  It
runs great, but the new belt whines quite a bit.  What could be the
cause?  Took the cover back off and can't see anything rubbing.  Is this
a tension problem?  Looking for some expert advice.  The old belt wasn't
noticeably stretched and ran quiet.  I noticed the new TRW belt I got
from Blau wasn't quite as thick as the one I replaced.
