Re: V8 timing belt, competent place to get it done ?
We are a little further away than 75 miles (maybe) but we are worth a call
at Wagner Motor sales in Boylston Ma. I have done 20-30 belts on V8q's and
have rebuilt engines and replaced. These are a tricky beast and can lead
to disaster if not done properly. (yes we are an Audi dealer). If you are
interested call us at 1-508-869-6766 ext. 225 and we can give a quote and
talk about it. By the way when was it done last? as the service interval
is 60k and anything more is borrowed time. If the belt fails I believe the
repair is around $3400, so don't wait too long.
Good Luck.
