Yeah,  I deal with them,  they sign my paycheck!  I am one of the Audi
techs at Wagner and I think we have an excellant service dept.,  we are
smaller with only three techs and one service advisor,  so the place is not
a "machine" in dealer with customers and we are currently rated #2 out of
23 in the district for customer satisfaction with AoA.  This I feel speaks
for itself.  I invite you to give us a call and a try,  I promise we will
always try our best and to be fair.
