Class Act of the Ultimate Kind

Frank Sprongl is one class act.  With one rally left in the season, all
he had to do was 
start the rally to win the championship.  But out of respect to the
memory of his fierce competitor, 
Frank has elected to withdraw his Audi entry to posthumously give Carl
Merrill the Michelin Pro Rally Championship.  

	Carl did indeed die a champion.  May his memory live on. 

	Thank you Frank for making this sport and the people truly a wonderful
group to know, race with, 
and basically just have fun with. 

	It's guys like you and Carl that truly have made the "little guys" feel
most welcome and most 
respected at the Mt. Washington Climb to the Clouds.
