Ur-q with mind of it's own.

Q-list,

Strange thing happened yesterday when I started the Ur-q up.
First of all the fuel pump would run constantly with the ignition on but
engine not running.
Usually they run for few seconds and shut off when the pressure is up.
This one keeps going.

On the other side of things when you go to shut the engine off.
Turn the key off, remove it from ignition yet the engine keeps running.
I know the ignition switch is O.K. because the headlights go out when
you turn the key off.  And once I stop the engine with the clutch the
idiot lights are not on suggesting the ignition switch was off.

The car has the newer style fuse box (under the hood).
I don't know if these items (fuel pump and ignition) are related
somehow.  i.e. there is a common relay that controls them or runs the
control unit and than the control unit takes over and runs it from
there?

Any leads would be greatly apriciated.
