dash lights won't come on sometimes

For the past year, the dash lights won't come on when I turn on the
parking or headlights. It happens most
evertime, but there are occasions they work fine. Sometimes they will shut
off as I am driving down the road.  Items checkout or replaced to date:
turn signal assembly, computer in dash that has the reostat control, and
the license plate light and glove box light. I do not know where else to
look.  I do not think it is a break in the instrument panel circuitt
board,
but am beginning to wonder. Help!
