This could be the well-known condensation collection problem. There's a
water drain from the blower box to get rid of water from condensation
which gets clogged. The water then collects somewhere inside the blower
box and hits the blades of the blower fan when you turn right (and
*only* when you turn right!), making the hissing, chirping and even
dripping sounds.  Happens on my car, and I haven't been able to unclog
the drain yet.  Other folks have had luck with poking a straightened
coat hanger from under the car into the drain pipe.
