I've heard that putting an ice pack on the bolt helps  (the pan is
aluminum, but the bolt is steel, so they have different expansion
coefficients) work the bolt off.  Here's an idea: use a Dremel to cut a
slot in the bolt head,  apply the ice pack, and then use an impact
driver a drag link socket (a big old screw driver bit that you'll find
useful when you're rebuilding your hydraulic pump :-) to get the bolt
off.
