Hmmmm....$850 for a brake master cylinder...

Well, that's what they asked for for a brake MC for my
MC-engined 1990 200. The VW/Audi parts division tell me
the Turbo (200) is a different brake MC from the N/A
100. So now where to get a aftermarket unit? I see
www.alleuro.com have a MC for a 5kt 84-88 or 5kq 86-88
with part number 443.611.021, excludes the 5k wagon,
at a cost of $118. Hmmm...now after import what does
that come out to? Damn, I hate this country. $850 for
a brake master cylinder? $100 for each front rotor and
even more for the rear units! What a brake job!
