4kq Center Muffler

Got the q up on a lift courtesy my local Marathon gas station/NAPA service
center to examine which part I needed to stop her from sounding like a
rattling bucket 'o bolts.

Anyways, the manager quoted me $350 to install a new center muffler.
Uh... no.

Now, this is that muffler/resonator, right?  Or, is it the more rearward
one?  Don't have a Bentley handy at the moment in the office :).  It's
rusted through a little here and there, and it sounds pretty ugly.

I know that the Stebro costs $290 for the center section, so we're _not_
doing it the local NAPA way.  Gotta stop by the Meineke/Midas to see what
they'll do for me...

So, how much _should_ I be paying for this thing?  Also, anyone have the
center section plus various piping that goes along with it?
