Well, you're local independent exhaust man should be able to set you up 
with a center resonator fairly cheap.  My local shop (Wonderful Muffler
Man) did a new glass pack for a center on my car for a while $38
installed.  If you're pipes need replacing in either direction, plan on a
little more..but certainly look for something under $100 total.
