dilemma about my 4kq
ok all, i have a dilemma with my 4kq. As you all know i just acquired an
UrQ. I just talked with 2bennett. They can transfer the coilover
springs and such to the UrQ for almost no cost, and just give me stock
style strut housings and springs for free in trade for the modified strut
housings that i have. In addition, the jamex strut brace will transfer
to the URQ with no problem at all...
Here is my dilemma. Would anyone on the list be interested in buying my
car as is? I would hope to get extra because of all the custom stuff
that is already done.
the other option is to just revert the suspension to stock, remove the
strut brace and sell it as essentially stock with the K&N, tires, wires
and lights as the only things non-stock.
The problem i have is whether i could sell the 4kq modified for enough to
recoup the cost that i would incur by selling it and then buying
everything all over again for the UrQ.
Keep in mind that i have 2 options for the struts. I can leave them in
the 4kq (the koni yellows) or i can take them out, trade them for some
crappy ones, and sell them seperately...
I need some advice on this...i hope im not too confusing...this is a
major decision that has to be made very soon....
later...
