As far as I know (I got the car at 77000 miles) my ur-quattro is on its
second centre section (both stock) and third rear section.

When the rear failed at around 120000, I replaced it with a supposedly
'original quality' aftermarket unit.  25000 miles and eighteen months
later, I put an original Audi part on.  Still looks new, almost two
years on.
