Well, if I were soon selling a car, I definitely would _not_ gut the cat!
In the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia, the seller is required to provide a
current smog check certificate. I'm sure other states are not far behind.
If it clanks, but works, leave it be. Let the next guy gut it if he wants
to.
