Re: Two different keys??
I don't know about grinding them down, if you grind down
the outside edges of the tumblers, you have as well just
remove them. If you have a few extra tumblers, the key
is easy to matchup, you just pull out the brass
tumblers (I'm calling the rectangular brass things
tumblers, don't know if it's the correct word for them)
The tumblers are also marked with a number, 1-4, which
makes it easy to match up several locks. Although on older
locks the numbers will probably be worn away. If you
don't have the tumblers, an automotive locksmith shouldn't
charge too much to match the lock up if you remove it
from the doorhandle first.
