Help! My rear seat belts are stuck!
Hey gang,
Usually I can figure most things on my own but this problem has me stumped.
Over the weekend I was replacing the antenna cable on the CGT, so I had to
remove the rear seat back. To do this required removing the seat belt
retractors to get at the retaining clips for the seat back. To my horror,
when the job was done and I was re-assemblying everything, the retractor
kept winding up until I couldn't get the lock to release and gain some belt
length to get it into position to bolt down. No problem says I, I'll just
remove the other end get some slack and release the belt lock. Damn thing
kept winding up and still couldn't get the belt lock released. Decide to
take off the plastic end housings and see what's inside and the #*&%! thing
uses a special tri-slotted screw. SOB!!!
Am I screwed or what :((
