I just discovered that the broken door handle, now removed,
has a lock cylinder matching the ignition key. While
I may eventually take the challenge to assemble another
lock to fit that key, I'd be really happy right now if I could
just take the complete lock from the broken
handle and put it in my driver's door handle.
Looking at it (and having undone the screw through the
ball-joint thing in the back), I'm completely at a loss
trying to get anything out. How do you do that?
TIA,
