They were both the same size.  At low rpms you get one turbo, adn at high 
rpms, you get both turbos.  There was still some turbo lag, and it was 
finicky at the transition - everything had to be in perfect tune to go 
through the transistion perfectly.  The system works well though 
overall.  255 hp out of a 1.3litre engine.
