Yes to both. European bumpers for the type 81 '90' models (5-cyl 80) are
slimmer than the US versions- i.e. the whole car is shorter because the
bumpers don't protrude that much. As for the lights- european 90s have the
turn signals on the outside, and fog lights on the inside.
