I have the same problem on my 93 90CS.  Over the course of a year and 1/2: both 
heated seat lights have gone out, one came back on; all my power mirror lights 
went out; and my dash clock went out.  The heated seat lights are in these large
sealed switches, which are over $100 each to replace.  I was just going to 
repair the switch(change the LED, or whatever needed to be done), but I'm not 
sure what the problem is, since one came back on.  All the important indicator 
lights seem to be functioning, so as long as I can deal with the cries, "You 
have this Fancy Audi and the lights don't work?!" question, I'm just going to 
let it go.

I'm New to the list...

93 100s

First the lights behind the seat heat controls went. Next, the radio 
controls went dark, to be followed by the heater knobs (maybe they went at 
the same time).

How and how much to fix; as of Monday I will go to work and come home in 
the dark.
