More like if the CG is at the ground.  Even if the CG is at the level of
the hubs, it still has leverage against the contact patch, resulting in
weight transfer.  Some tricks can be played with suspension geometry or
active components to minimize roll, squat, and dive, but there will
always be weight transfer.
