Phil, please remember that you are dealing with the legal/justice system of
the United States of America.

As you yourself put it some months ago "You guys have a really strange
country - you can buy an assault rifle, but you can't buy mercury batteries."


A guy I know who used to be the local state's attorney (he's now retired,
not fired) once told me that we have a LEGAL system, NOT a JUSTICE system.
Now that I'm married to a lawyer, I find myself agreeing with him - you
wouldn't believe the stuff that goes on - remember, Justice is blind (look
at the statue), and is sometimes deaf and even comatose as well.
