Stiffer cushions, larger side bolsters, lumbar adjustment. A big difference
in the 1.8T; not as much in the 2.8. (They have different "normal" seats.)

Unless you can trade with someone else who wants the standard seats, it's
probably too expensive to buy them through a dealer. You're better off buying
Recaros or the like.
