Is either car a turbo?  It has been posted many times and proved to I
believe Ned Ritchie's satisfaction (go to his website) that "Chain Store"
(tm) platinums DON'T work in 5000/200 TURBO'S, and I believe this applies to
S4/S6 cars as well.  I would venture to say that they won't work well in a
944 turbo either.  And I haven't a clue as to why.  Buy the triples.  I've
used both Bosch and NGK, both seem fine to me.  I haven't used the "Real"
platinums (you know, the $12-$20 ea ones), so no comment, but I hear they
are good.
