euro-spec A6/100 question

Question for anyone with a non-US spec 92-95 Audi A6 or 100
with power windows:
	does the non-US version of this car have one touch UP and DOWN?
	on the driver's door?

(The US-spec cars only have one touch DOWN.)

I'd like to try to find out what the parts differences are
between the two versions of this car.  If the difference is
just in a control relay/module, as I suspect, I'm going to
try to pick up a non-US spec module and try to swap it out.

(I know that the 96 and 97 US-spec models have more advanced
 window features:  those models, from what I have been able
 to discern, have different window regulators from the 92-95
 US models and incorporate pinch protection features not present
 in 92-95.  I don't want to have to swap out the window regulators
 to get one touch up on the driver's door.)
