compression check

I did a compression check on the 4kq yesterday before taking her to the body
shop. All cylinders were between 143-145 psi on a warm engine. These numbers
looked good to me, but was looking through the Bentley for compression
info/normal range. Were is this info? What is the compression range
cylinders should be in? Thanks.
