Replacing 5k trans. mounts

I'm planning to replace the transmission mounts on my 5kcstq this
weekend, in hopes of curing the sometimes wayward shifter. 2nd and
reverse are difficult to engage, especially after driving a while. (I
took a look at the shift linkage while I had the steering rack out, and
it seemed okay, so I'll do the seemingly easier job of the mounts
first.)

I looked through the Bentley but didn't find too much of interest; is
there an exploded view somewhere that lists torques and such?

Does anyone have any tips of the job? I understand that you need a
hydraulic jack to support the transmission, so it's time to buy one.
(Anything to look for in a jack?) Thanks for any and all advice.
