V8 head work



Howdi,
	I'm trying to find out what the correct procedures are for torqueing the
head down, and adjusting the timing belt.  

	Being that the head is Aluminium my Dad is worried about pulling the
threads out.  I was hoping someone that's done this before might be able to
verify what the fiche says and/or talk from experience.

	Also, with the belt tension as per the fiche so that the little shock is
136mm (or whatever the correct value is - fiche isn't in front of me), the
belt is loose enough after being driven for a few miles that the waterpump
can be turned by hand.
