the reason you were dropped is that the prosecutors are extremely worried
about losing a case on appeal that sets a precedent going against them.
at the same time, driver's adocacy groups such as nma are very worried that
someone in your position will try to fight a lidar ticket and screw it up
for everyone else henceforth.
