Is voltage regulator adjustable on '95 90q?

Hi All,
Had a great ride up the Northern California coast over the weekend.
The 90csq handles the twisty roads quite nicely.
Did have to replace a battery a couple of weeks ago but since it was 
almost four years old did not think much about it. It was dry.
Noticed on the trip that the volt gauge ran around 14.5 to 15 volts the 
whole trip. Ran with my lights on to drop the voltage but it stayed 
around 14.5. When I got home I added water to the battery and checked 
with multi-meter. At idle around 14.2.
Is this the voltage regulator, which I assume it is, and if so is the 
voltage regulator adjustable on the 12 valve V6 in the 95 90?
