I believe that the Ice version has a softer rubber compound, perhaps even
one of those microcellular types like the Blizzak, Guardex, etc. Same tread
pattern, though. From what I recall, the Ice version _does not_ carry the "H"
speed rating of the Snow version...

I bought the 210 Snows last year and have been extremely pleased. Ice isn't
a big factor for me, but wet/dry handling was...
