4kq euro light question: part II

These, hopefully, if I can get off my butt and stop doing homework, will
go in this weekend.

Some kind people off the list mentioned that the little plastic nub off to
the side of the lights was actually the city light feature of these H4s
(Hellas, FWIW).

Now, can someone tell me what the heck kind of bulbs I need to get?  Went
down to the local parts store and just got blank stares from the
not-so-helpful helpful salespeople, and not much on their shelves.  Hell,
no .3" female spades, either :(...

bah... gotta go searching again tomorrow... just thought I'd ask here
first.
