I've personally  never heard of this working in the US...I only heard about
it from a friend in Australia, who claimed he's done it, and another friend
of his in Australia tried this over a year ago.  Both have yet to see the
points.  I suppose if the developers that designed the system decided to
have the system assess and close out everything when the check is cleared,
then I can see the bug in the program.  As a software tester, I can tell you
that this isn't an average test case, although it should have been something
they should have tested and caught...I'd hate to be the QA Manager that
signed off on a system with that bug! ;-)
