Hi Drew;

    You should be able to cobble something together. The heated lock
cylinder comes as a unit and is activated at low ambient temperatures by a
microswitch on the door handle. If the lock is frozen, you pull up on the
door handle to activate the heater element, wait 30 seconds or so, and
unlock the car. If there is frost on the door, it will melt the frost away
for a 1" radius around the lock cylinder.
    The heated windshield washer nozzles are nice too!
