Re: My cool car

Richard,

I may be one of the oldest young guys on the list, being 25 and all. I
have to agree with the rest in saying the neon is pretty tacky. BUT WHAT
THE HELL! You're only a teenager once! (Unless you live to be 113, for
all you nit-pickers!) As long as you're having fun and not hurting
anyone in the process, more power to you! So your parents' property
value goes down 10% every time you park out front, big deal! [8^) Well,
my friends and I can't talk. I modified my `78 Honda Civic Station Wagon
by dropping in a `83 Civic CVCC motor into it! 63 screaming ponies under
the hood, baby! And then there was the Diesel Volkswagen Rallye Rabbit.
Off road tires and shocks, *no* interior (too much weight), racing
stripes, and Hella spotlights. Sure, her top speed was around 65mph, and
she had this propensity to "run-away" on us, but you couldn't beat that
fuel mileage! Yeah, we were 18 and stupid. If it makes you feel any
better, out here in S. California, what you're doing to your Audi is
typical in the Asian car circles. All you need now is to drop it 3", get
some NOS, a bodykit, and a huge-ass 3 stage wing mounted to your trunk.
That'd be *Sick* man! [8^D Have fun in your endeavors!

Love, Like, or Just Plain Tolerate,

Timothy
