'89 200TQ Control Arm replacement...

I brought my car in for service yesterday to have have the struts
replaced.  The service garage said the struts were not the main
problem, that I should really replace the control arms on the driver's
front and both in back.  They quoted me $50 for the front and about
$150 for each of the rears.  Are these quotes OK?

Also, should I replace the one other control arm (passenger front).
They say it is OK and does not need to be replaced.  I'm looking to
get the car to handle as well as possible.
