Update On My Strange Noise When Turning

Ok I have determined that the noise only happens when the car is below 2000
rpm. It makes this noise when almost stationary, and I also hear it when I
barely turn the wheel. When I rev up the Idle the noise goes away. I know I
am not hearing The fuel pump. I know what it sounds like. My boots are good,
and since it makes it when barley moving, I am guessing it is not wheel
bearings. So where do I go from here?
