I think VW/Audi and Blaupunkt (Bosch) has got an agreement on this.. I
am a bit into car audio, and when I recommand systems, I usually
recommend Alpine or Sony. Becker is just too expensive to be worth
it.. Is is a really good radio, but not so much better than the
others. I've got an Alpine stereo in the car. Bought the head unit in
the US, so unfortuneately no RDS. The amplifier is an Alpine MRV-T505.
The whole thing sounds pretty decent. It didn't cost me more than
$700, and that's value for money.
