Pulled trigger to fast last time.

1.Speedo does not work
2.Sounds like a far away siren in the back of car(fuel pump?  the pump
was just replaced)
3. hot start problem is pretty severe
4. starter sounds great!
5. Oil leaks near throttle body suspect turbo is spewing oil.
6. differential  lights seem to work.
7.  all electricals work except low beam headlights, right front
passenger window, trip computer seems stuck in one reading except for
the boost gauge which registered 1.4 bar max.
8 right rear rotor is wavy.
9. Soft suspension compared to our 89 wagon.  
10. Good records since 86.
11.  Good seats and interior except for drivers side door catch tray
thingy which is not attached. 

I am debating having a professional check it out.  is there an obvious
speedo fix?  How can I be sure the AWD works?  Do I need to put it on  a
lift and put it in gear?   Thanks to everyone that replied.
