I would say the the idler every other TB change... their life is longer than that.
On the second or third cam seal and crank seal is a good idea. I just did my belt
last week, and I wish I had the seals on hand.. I would have done it. Good Advice

Yup. Only because you have to remove the backing plate. Once off, you can cut the
bottom half of the plate off and re-attach both pieces. It will cut your next timing
belt change in half.. or less. NOTE: Put ALL bolts back in, they cover oil
galleys!!!
