4kq Clutch R&R question

OK,
I have my flywheel back. I will be puttin it on next week when I
have time to do the entire Tranny install. BUT, I fear a problem.
OOPS, I hope I did do a Big Bo Bo. I read through the bently on
Clutch Repair but didn't notice anything detailing this. I still fear I
may have a problem. I didn't mark where the Flywheel was positioned when
I removed it. I fear that was a VERY stupid mistake. After hours of
pulling and swearing at my tranny I just wanted to get out from under the
car. But now that it is clean and ready to go in, I see there are 2
little pins and 3 big pins on one side of Flywheel that are pressed into
the flyewheels outer housing. I assume these are for the Hall sensor or
something which means they probably have to be in a certain location. How
do I find that out. I know motors almost alwasy STOP in the same position
but I think mine may have turned a little as well during removal.
	Can anyone tell me
1) Am I screwed
2) How do I fix my Screw Up?

	THanks a ton.
