After fighting CIS problems for about three months I had a suggestion
from a fellow Q-lister, who I do not remember, that made it easy to find
leaking injectors.

Step one: simulate the hard start condition.

Step two: After cranking the engine, but not  starting it, pull the
spark plugs and look for one or more to be wet with fuel.

I had one that was soaked with fuel after hot soaking and you could see
raw fuel on top of the piston - not good for engine life!!!!
