I think the rental fees (if this flies) should pay for the tools, on a
tool by tool basis, that way no one is carrying the weight of tools they
will never use, and vice versa, those of us whose use the resource a lot
make it viable $ wise.

Suggestion - investigate procedures, costs, structure of business etc of
a tool rental place.  Anyone here ever work at one?  (or better yet, run
one?)

Maybe we could even get one of the chain rental operations to administer
this?  Then audifans doesn't get caught in the tax mess, the liability
mess, the $ gain/loss mess, etc.
