US-centricity strikes again.  Of course, the "MC setup with knock sensor"
_was_ fitted to the ur-quattro.

Just none of the MBs made it to North America.  In numbers by year,
however, the MB is the commonest ur-quattro.  UK membership breakdown
in 1996:
